Required skills and experience:
1. Minimum of 1+ year of professional work experience in M&A/Finance/Accounting/Valuation.
2. BA/BS degree from a four-year college or university with a concentration in either Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
3. Ability to understand and analyze financial statements.
4. Strong Microsoft Excel experience; Salesforce experience a plus.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing and highly motivated personality.
6. Ability to work in autonomous, fast moving environment.
7. Ability to analyze and problem solve strategically.
