    Job Description

    The courteous Customer Service Rep will provide high quality customer service to internal and external customers. Will answer high volume inbound calls promptly and efficiently. Ensure all members receive accurate information they need in a timely and professional manner. 

    1. Respond to member inquiries promptly and professionally, including making outbound telephone calls. 
    2. Provide and ensure fast, friendly and accurate service to all members, while keeping in mind the telephone standards to achieve.
    3. Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, safety practices and security measures relating to one’s work. 
    4. Maintain confidentiality of all members’ accounts and records by abiding to company privacy policies.
    5. Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

    Required:

    1. 1-4 years experience answering high volume inbound calls, preferably in a Call Center environment
    2. Computer savvy skills and proficiency in MS Office programs
    3. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
    4. Strong verbal communication skills
    5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize
    6. Strong follow through and organizational skills
    7. Team player
    8. Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
    9. Strong work ethic
