• Title: Remote Licensed Healthcare Rep
• Location: Remote (Must Reside In EST Zone State)
• Pay: $20 an hour
• Commission: $50 (per medical policy written)
• Start Date: ASAP
• 3 Different Shifts To Choose From: M-F 8:45am-5:30pm EST (Must choose to work 2 days per week at a later shift time (Any day but Monday) , M-F 10:15am-7pm EST (Must choose to work 1 day per week at 11:15am-8pm shift time (Any day but Monday) , M-F 11:15am-8pm EST
• Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm EST (3 weeks) and (1 week of nesting during your regular shift) Must be on camera during training.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using an automatic dialer
• Manage approximately 150-200 calls a day
• Leave many voicemails
• Must maintain a conversion rate of 20-35% based on the amount of calls you make.
• Must have 2 years of Medicare Sales experience
• Not for profit so mainly serving low income, elderly, veterans - empathetic

Required Must Haves:

• Must be an Active Licensed Healthcare Agent (Within the state you reside in)
• Previous High Sales driven and performance driven environment experience
• Looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with the company

Equipment:

• Equipment will be shipped out and should be received a week prior to starting (Laptop, monitor, 2 headsets, and mouse)
