THE PAY IS $40-$42 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING

• ACCUMULATE MONTH END ACCRUALS
• PREPARE WEEKLY CHECK/ACH RUN; PREPARE MANUAL CHECKS AND WIRES AS NEEDED
• ISSUE SUPPLIER DEBIT/CREDIT MEMOS
• RECONCILE EMPLOYEE EXPENSE REPORTS AND RELOCATION EXPENSES
• RECORD FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATES
• UPDATE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PROCEDURES AS NEEDED

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 3-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
• GREAT TENURE 
• PROFICIENT IN EXCEL(MUST TEST)
• BASIC MATH SKILLS
• AVAILABILITY TO WORK OVERTIME 
• PRIOR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
