RemX is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist for company in the Construction Industry.  This company will offer stability and looking for someone comfortable in this role and not looking for career advancement.  Offering $20-21/hr.  Located in Mission Viejo

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:

• High volume A/P processing (Average weekly volume 300+ invoices)
• Certified Payroll, Lien Releases, Purchase Order matching and Job Cost
• Data entry and distributing purchase orders
• Account reconciliations/analysis using Microsoft Excel
• Maintaining all vendor files in the corporate office
• Subject to cross training and back-fill support of all/other accounting roles as needed
• Other duties as assigned including phone support when needed

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of Sales/Use tax applicability
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Construction and/or Manufacturing industry preferred
• Detailed, organized, with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• A self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently is a must
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, etc. MAS 90 experience preferred
