Job Description

RemX is looking for a Recruiter Monday thru Friday 8-5, located in Garden Grove. 2-3 month contract with possibility of permanent . Offering $20.00-22.00/hr.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

· Coordinates with department managers to understand the staffing needs.

· Creates/updates job descriptions and job ads.

· Posts open positions in different job and online platforms.

· Reviews applications/resumes; evaluates applicant skills, prescreens applicants and makes recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications.

· Prescreens applicants, reviews qualifications with department managers.

· Coordinates with department managers to schedule interviews.

· Performs document preparation, including employment packages and candidate status letters, offer letters and all other correspondence.

· Communicate with other departments of new hires.

· Provide administrative support to Human Resource department, including but not limited to:

o Copying, filing, and other activities with regards to personnel files.

o Creating new hire packets, and other HR projects.

Recruiter Requirements:

· 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience (Prefer Entry to Mid level Manufacturing recruitment)

· Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills

· Knowledge of recruitment process

· Proficient in MS office
