    Job Description

    RemX is seeking for a BI-LINGUAL MEDICAL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE for our clients in the NORTH COUNTY area!     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide exceptional customer service and provide patients with information regarding items available to them
    • Provide information to patients regarding questions and concerns.
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls.
    • Consider all inquiries and offer solutions and feedback
    • Update and verify accuracy of data input into electronic system, specifically potential contacts
    • Manage client referral database, including daily call logs, and provide metrics related to reported data
    • All other administrative duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center experience; working in fast pace, high-volume calls
    • 1 year of clerical/office experience
    • Bi-Lingual SPANISH
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • High attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
    • Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Team player attitude
