Amazing, fast-growing industry leader in Alpharetta is currently hiring Customer Service Specialists! These are REMOTE/Work from home positions at this time. These are direct hire positions offering excellent pay and benefits, as well as a fun, all-inclusive work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls from customer and providing white-glove service assisting them with travel accommodations
• Providing email and chat support
• Monitor and service open issues to ensure resolution
• Troubleshoot for shipping issues

Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
• Ability to type 30 WPM
• Experience in a call center environment
• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a PLUS
