RemX is seeking an ENTRY LEVEL Insurance Underwriting Assistant to join the team of a growing insurance company located in Austin, TX.  PREVIOUS INSURANCE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. Recent grads encouraged to apply.

• Process and bill contract bonds for applicable contract bonds company wide
• Provide direct support to Underwriters and Underwriter Assistants
• Invoice Bonds
• Maintain and set up bond files
• Pull credit reports
• Data entry and filing
• Answer phones
• Prepare departmental mail

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Great organizational skills
• The ability to produce accurate work in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
