RemX wants you to bring your empathy, and passion for helping others to our customer in Tampa, Florida! Located near Busch Gardens, this temp to perm position will allow you to help others, and grow in your career! Work on site until you are comfortable and prepared to work independently, AND THEN BE SENT TO WORK REMOTE! Applicants MUST live within 20 miles of the work site to be considered for the role.

$16.25 per hour

Set Schedules! | 7 day availability required

Start Date: 5/23/22

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Client Team is responsible for the following:

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to approximately 60 inquiries per day from various modes of communication
• Provide quality customer service during every interaction with customers
• Work in a production environment and meet daily, weekly, monthly metrics
• Report client concerns and escalations using established protocols

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Healthcare terminology experience
• Call center experience required
• Longevity in previous roles
• Weekend availability is required
• Passion and empathy!!
• Tech Savvy
• Must be comfortable working on site
