RemX is seeking an experience Accounts Receivable Analyst III for a respected company in Cranbury, NJ area !

The SAP Master Data Analyst is responsible for the entry and maintenance of operational data. The position requires a tactical approach to data management as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer master data for multiple divisions – new account set ups, maintenance, and de-activations
• Create and maintain operational master data elements in SAP including customer billing /shipping and sales territory assignments
• Check uniqueness and consistency of data
• Perform audits to maintain master data integrity
• Customer Master role is main participant in launch project meetings for new brand integrations
• Openly communicate / coordinate with multiple teams for pro-active approach to meet deadlines
• Tax certificate audits
• Maintain territory assignments to account doors to aid with sales reporting
• Document all processes and tasks in accordance with company protocols
• Ad hoc reporting to support all internal teams of the business
• Manage approvals of trade spend for business promotions (LEAP) ensuring all audit requirements of payments are met
• Develop and provide on-going Customer Master training sessions specific to SAP navigation and account maintenance/set up processes in Salesforce GA Workflow
• Collaborate with Internal Control to ensure all audit requirements are met
• Audit customer data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance
• Annually, manage data cleanse project to identify accounts with ongoing sales activity for audit compliance
  • Create / process data uploads using Winshuttle
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Streamline and transform internal processing to drive change in Supply chain including support of robotic process automation implementation and lean flow principles
  • Provide ongoing training and inquiry supporting department analysts - specialists and maintain process procedures, assisting in any customer master related advice or problem resolution
  • Manage and advise customer master-related inquiries and problem resolution
  • Key Customer Master-specific reporting and metrics for visibility of business – Power Bi

Qualifications:

• College degree in Accounting or Finance,
• At least 3-5 years related AR work experience in a corporate environment
• Must possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• High level of technical knowledge in SAP Master Data
• Knowledge and use of Power Bi optimal
• Must be highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
• Ability to operate in a team environment and adapt in changing work environment
