    Job Description

    We are seeking a Leader for the Sales and Account Management team for an Aerospace component manufacturer based in Santa Ana.  This role will be responsible for Sales and Customer Service Leadership including Relationship Building with New and Existing Business and Fulfillment of Contractual Commitments within Aerospace. THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE, ON-SITE ROLE. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU RESIDE IN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE FROM SANTA ANA (OR CAN RELOCATE IMMEDIATELY UPON BEING OFFERED THE POSITION; RE-LOCATION PACKAGE IS NOT OFFERED) AND MEET THE QUALIFICATIONS.

    REMX WAS BROUGHT IN TO CONDUCT ALL PRE-SCREENING FOR THE HIRING TEAM FOR THIS LEADERSHIP ROLE.  THE COMPANY SPECIALIZES IN COMPONENTS FOR THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY AND HAS EXISTING LARGE SCALE CONTRACTS IN PLACE THAT NEED TO BE MAINTAINED.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead Sales from Existing Accounts and New Business Development while leading a team of 6 including inside sales, outside sales and field distribution
    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
    • Secure orders from existing and potential customers by building relationships through Sales activities and coaching the sales team through the sales process.
    • Negotiate Long-Term Agreements and Contracts for continuous revenue stream
    • Sales activities are through Video meeting, phone and email. Minimal travel (quarterly as needed)
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets to meet company Revenue goals.
    • Respond to Request for Quote
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Create and prepare sales material to present to customers
    • Contact potential and current customers to determine current level of product need and/or potential need.
    • Perform personal sales calls within assigned region and support each team member through their sales process
    • Conduct follow-up service calls to all accounts to make certain they are satisfied with all agreements reached during sales approach.
    • Prepare sales forecasts and other marketing reports in clear and easy to read format for submission to company executives.

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor degree required
    • Previous Proven Sales Leadership
    • Sales and  Account Management within Aerospace and / or Manufacturing is required
    • Experience with Sales / Contracts with Government Subcontractors including ITAR, FAR, and DFAR is a plus
    • Familiarity with MRP platforms 
    • Proven history managing large scale National/International accounts and new business development
    • MS Office proficiency for daily work in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Strong Presentation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
