TITLE: Customer Service Rep
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Dire Hire – Complete Bakkt and RemX Onboarding
*ONSITE LOCATION: IS IN ALPHARETTA, GA 30005 MUST BE WITHIN 30 MILE LIMITS
SALARY: English $17.50 an hour | BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH $18.50 AN HOUR
TRAINING: 6 Weeks | M – F | Typically between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
EQUIPMENT PICKUP: Typically, Thursday or Friday before class starts.
TRAVEL CSR OVERVIEW:
BAKKT’S TRAVEL CSR will handle inbound phone calls for cardholders with Bank of America (BOA) or Wells Fargo (WF) that have questions regarding their Travel Rewards program. General account questions as well as helping the to book travel such as airfare, hotel stays, or car rentals.
The Travel CSR handles approximately 80 – 120 calls a day and must be comfortable, polite, and professional in a high-volume environment.
GENERAL SERVICE CSR OVERVIEW:
Bakkt’s General Service CSR will handle inbound phone calls relating to cardholders (BOA, WF, Chase) non-travel rewards programs. Accruing points to purchase product(s). The calls are mainly about tracking the shipment, cancelling shipment, refunding points, shipments arriving damaged, help purchasing product from site. A very YES environment. YES we can cancel, YES we can refund your reward points.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate should speak in a clear and friendly manner avoiding slang.
Drug screens MUST be completed through Sterling. We may do oral mouth swabs only when approved due to extension granted from Bakkt to candidate that causes them to not have it completed at time of equipment pickup.
Must be available for a 2nd Teams Interview!
