Job Description

RemX is partnered with a highly regarded healthcare company needing to hire 2 RN Trainers. The RN Trainers will be responsible for the ongoing development, facilitation and delivery of training programs to RNs, LVNs, and MAs.

• Act as department liaison in coordinating the education and modifications/enhancements/updates to training needs.
• Train new clinic hires on company EMR, workflow, departmental procedures, as well as provide ongoing training to existing staff.
• Design and develop training documentation, manuals and training performance evaluations.
• Maintain and update training documentation including policies & procedures and flowcharts.
• Conduct departmental orientation for new hires.
• Keeps track of staff access levels in all needed systems.
• Maintain training position path for staff members and positions.
• Administer competency testing and/or skills assessments of department staff.
• Evaluate feedback to identify training opportunities and ongoing improvements to departmental programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:

• High school diploma (minimum); Bachelor degree or related Certifications/Licenses (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in classroom training with groups of 10-15, conducting needs assessments and evaluation training programs and materials
• Previous experience as an RN, LVN or other clinic/healthcare roles
• Experience with blended learning styles, ADDIE
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with knowledge transfer to learners with diverse cultural backgrounds, educational experiences and learning styles
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Experience in EPIC
