Salary Range: $125-140k Depending on Experience

Job Description Summary
The Remanufacturing Program Manager will oversee the entire remanufacturing process, from product selection to the delivery of remanufactured units. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and process optimization to ensure that the remanufacturing program meets quality standards, cost targets, and environmental objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide growth-oriented leadership to enhance the profitability of product selection and offerings.
Develop and implement strategic plans for the remanufacturing program, aligning with company objectives and market needs.
Collaborate with procurement, engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to optimize remanufacturing processes.
Manage the product lifecycle from core return to remanufactured product delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective production.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for sourcing high-quality components and materials.
Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in the remanufacturing program.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies throughout the remanufacturing process.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Prepare and manage the remanufacturing program budget, including cost analysis and reporting.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals to achieve program goals and cultivate a culture of excellence.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including presenting program updates to senior management.

Strong understanding of customer service concepts and techniques, with a commitment to meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to utilize CAD software as needed for design and engineering validation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in remanufacturing, manufacturing, or program management within a related industry.

Work Environment
Work is performed in an office environment. Noise level is moderate
Exposure to engine testing labs. Noise level ranges from moderate to very loud
Limited exposure to the warehouse. Limited exposure to temperature variations when shipping doors are open
Regular exposure to vibration and gases, and proximity to moving mechanical parts
Handling of potentially dangerous chemicals or other substances, dangerous equipment, and tools
Work produced is subject to precise measures of quality and quantity
While traveling, will experience noise and comfort levels common to automobiles and airplanes
