    Full-time, Remote, Travel Required (20%) Salary: Base range of $80,000-$110,000, plus commissions.

    Overview

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on driving new business acquisition in the B2B sector, with a specific emphasis on targeting electrical contractors.

    In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, conducting effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will actively engage with potential clients, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions.

    In addition, attending industry events will provide you with networking opportunities to prospect, build relationships, and expand our presence in the market. You will be a key contributor to our ambitious and collaborative sales team, working towards achieving our business growth objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the Remarcable platform

    Relentlessly pursue new business opportunities to fuel Remarcable’s growth

    Work with sales management to develop sales plans, targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to create opportunities for new business

    Achieve monthly sales quotas

    Conduct daily activities, including pre-call research and planning, high volume outreach, follow-ups with previous contacts (nurturing leads), and maintaining CRM records

    Engage electrical industry professionals through phone, email, events and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities that can solve them

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and drive lead-generation activities

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our SAAS solutions in the market

    Attend industry events to network, prospect, build relationships, and expand Remarcable’s presence in the market

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience

    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Remarcable

    Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships

    Transition new customers to Remarcable’s Customer Success team for onboarding, training and account management

    The ideal candidate will:

    Be eager and enthusiastic, seeking out opportunities to build new relationships from the ground up

    Have a proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to close deals

    Possess excellent communication and presentation skills

    Be proficient with Microsoft Office, Apple, CRM, and sales software

    Preferably have a degree (or significant training) in sales and/or marketing

    Preferably have had experience in distribution or supply chain environments

    Ideally have worked in the electrical or construction industry

    Salary Range Disclaimer

    The salary displayed represents the base salary for this role and does not include potential sales commissions. Our commission schedules will be discussed during the hiring process. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Remarcable salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Remarcable’s total employee compensation package. Other components may include PTO, Medical, and a Bonus plan.

    Please note: This position is NOT 100% remote. Travel will be required 20% of the time to attend trade shows and industry events and meet prospective clients. While the normal work week is Mon-Fri, due to the nature of trade shows, some travel may occur on weekends.
