    Job Description

    Re/Max Haven PMD, a busy property management company is hiring an entry level file and data processor primarily for our city, utility and court / eviction department.  This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office, 2 days remote.   Some responsibilities are, but not limited to:

    • Filing all hard copy documents
    • Scanning / uploading and categorizing documents to our systems, as needed
    • Printing, processing and mailing rental registration and other important documents
    • Stamping and processing checks for AR/AP
    • Opening and organizing mail for necessary departments (scanning to applicable staff, as needed)
    • Assisting with eviction hearing document prep, and training to be back up coverage for hearings, as needed
    • Utilizing Monday.com to ensure all processes are up to date
    • Assisting all department managers as needed with admin / office assistant work 
    • Inputting resident rental payments 1 - 2x/week as needed This position has the opportunity for growth, it is a full time / on staff position.  We offer medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K w/ up to 3% match after 90 day probationary period.  Please do not call or come to office, email resume with attention to Kristin.   We are looking to hire someone quickly.  Interviewing process to begin this week.  Thank you.
