Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Remediation: Utilizing professional cleaning methods and equipment to remove mold from attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other affected areas.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to work confidently in confined spaces and use ladders.

• Teamwork: Maintaining a positive attitude and collaborating effectively within a team environment.

• Flexibility: A willingness to work out of town occasionally as projects require.
