    POSITION: CLINICAL OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Oversee daily office operations of clinical team
    • Assist with medical inventory management including some travel to our Texas markets in Houston, DFW, and San Antonio
    • Assist with fleet needs like equipment installation and overall upkeep
    • Manage and coordinate schedule of meetings, events, and travel
    • Ensure clinical leadership is prepared with all materials and information for meetings, events, and travel
    • Compile materials for reports and/or presentations
    • Assist with small- and large-scale event planning
    • Assist with recruiting; scheduling and facilitating candidate onsite interviews
    • Collect and organize new provider credentialing paperwork and malpractice insurance application
    • Prepare and submit expense reports
    • Work on ad hoc projects that may arise. We are fast-moving and new things come up all the time!

    WHO YOU ARE: 

    Ideally, we are looking for someone who closely aligns with our mission and core values and is adaptable and flexible with a strong sense of urgency.  Specific qualifications we are looking for would be:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Executive Assistant position within a fast-paced professional environment.

    • College degree preferred

    • Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills.

    • Ability to treat confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.

    • The ability to function professionally under pressure, while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

    • Proven competencies in software applications and programs, particularly Google Suite and Slack.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Great interpersonal skills and friendly disposition.

    • Adaptability! We are a start-up, so we haven't figured everything out yet. We need competence combined with flexibility.
