    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    Remedy is looking for our first ever Education Specialist. Your main focus will be evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as training modules and guides. Additionally, you will work with the People Ops team to track the progress and success of your implemented training programs, identify areas for further employee development through training programs, and recommend learning resources that will enable Remedy to continue scaling.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • A healthcare-savvy, confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest technology and resources needed to improve employee training and performance. 
    • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
    • Experienced with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
    • A strong project manager with the ability to manage multiple projects amidst competing priorities
    • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
    • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
    • Must have bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline (MBA preferred) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical education. 
    • Certification from talent and training associations a plus
