Salary: $120 - $130k, depending on prior expertise

Here are the essential functions for this HR Manager:
- Guide a facilitate a harmonious HR team to meet Company objectives and maintain compliance with Federal, State, local laws as well as policies, rules, and procedures.
- Assist the local management team in all human resource and labor relation areas to include benefits administration, compensation, employee relations and collective bargaining agreements/administration
- Maintain a positive labor relations climate, acting as the liaison for union issues, handling grievances, and consulting with legal counsel as needed
through arbitration, consul with legal counsel as necessary. - React quickly to staffing needs and changes, managing recruitment activity and maintaining requisitions
- Facilitate communications between internal customers (employees) and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in HR areas
- Actively support our community, engaging with local, county and state
officials and drive positive relationships with our neighbors - Manage company functions for employees,
- Conduct thorough investigations related to serious policy violations
We're looking for HR Managers with the following background profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field. MBA in Business Management is desirable.
- 3-5 years Human Resources work experience within a manufacturing setting to include relevant experience with union/labor contract negotiations, employee relations, safety, benefits, compensation and training
- Working knowledge of safety programs and processes, accident investigation and OSHA compliance
- Strong technical skills, especially within the MS Office Suite
