Remedy is partnering with our manufacturing client to fill their Production Planning Manager opening. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with great benefits!

Responsibilities

• Establish overall master schedule for customer orders
• Define an achievable, 18-week rolling production plan per goals, demand, and capacity analysis
  • Collaborate with management to accommodate backlogs, shortages, etc.
• Monitor production load vs capacity and inventory levels to ensure material availability to fulfill operational needs
• Collaborate with purchasing to maintain adequate inventory levels for operations
• Control material flow to meet needs in a timely fashion
• Meet and collaborate with customers on delivery process improvements
• Manage and develop staff through hiring, assignments, appraisals, and training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 4+ years’ experience in manufacturing/aerospace
• 2 years’ supervisory experience

  Preferred Qualifications

• Planning and scheduling experience
• APICS certification
• Master Scheduling/LEAN Manufacturing experience
• Advancing Planning and Scheduling, ITAR/DFAR experience
