Shift: Days

Pay: $55,000 to $75,000

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of program launches from pre-release through production
• Accountable for program KPI's
• Technical liason to customers
• Participate as a member of the Material Review Board
• Actively use LEAN techniques to improve processes

Background Profile:

• Bachelor's or Mater's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related field preferred
• Some experience in inspection, tool making, and design
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Familiarty with mills, lathes, turns, grinders, etc.
• Proficient skill with MS Office and Solidworks
