Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Direct Hire)

Job Type: Full Time / Direct Hire / Permanent

Location: Geneva, NY

Pay: $60-75K

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Coordinate shipping and warehouse operations of 6-15 employees placing product into storage locations, pulling, and loading customer orders
• Effectively manage labor, prioritize projects and daily operations, and ensure a safety-driven culture
• Communicate effectively to meet deadlines, ensure follow up, and manage goals
• Take on challenges and learn new processes with a positive attitude
• Work hands-on with production and planning teams as needed to fulfill orders in a timely manner, escalate issues, and make decisions
• Ensure quality product both outgoing and incoming
• Work with other contractors and cross-functional teams
• Monitor an automated warehousing system, operate a computer to enter data, correct errors and control key screens as required

Background Profile:

• 3+ years of Shipping or Warehouse Supervisory experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing preferred
