Internally known as a Test Manager, this person will oversee the testing phase of all projects, handling cost efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the testing process. Job Title: Test Manager

Job Type: Full-time/Salaried/Direct Hire/In-Person

Salary: Up to $115k, depending upon prior experience

Shift: 1st

Essential functions for this Test Manager will include:

• Responsible for planning, process improvement and development, performance and follow-up of the testing process
• Plan, assign, coordinate, and supervise work of testing team, achieving the objectives set in relation to time, quality, cost and safety
• Collaborate with production to meet schedules, and reporting routinely the progress of the testing according to the plan.
• Verifies that all methods and testing procedures are followed and documented
• Key driver of implementation and maintenance of employee/supervisor training programs.
• Team building to include hiring, life cycle employee feedback, and coaching while ensuring applicable employee documentation is maintained.

We're looking for skilled Test Managers with the following background/experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.); Master's is strongly desired
• 10 + years of experience in testing phase of products in Aerospace, Rail, or Automotive
• Prior leadership experience in a similar capacity is required
• Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must
