Remedy is partnering with our manufacturing client to fill their payroll specialist position! This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity working within a great team of Human Resources and Accounting pros!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Processing weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for all employee groups and locations
- Serving as the point of contact for payroll questions and concerns
- Entering information into the HRIS and payroll system to include new hires, changes, tax witholdings and direct-deposit information
- Ensuring employees have the correct deductions such as benefits and garnishments
- Assisting the HR and Accounting department with other initiatives as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
- High School Diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with ADP and UltiPro highly preferred
- At least 2 years of experience processing full-cycle payroll
- Knowledge in federal, state and local regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A positive and team-oriented attitude!
