Job Title: Manufacturing Team Lead (Direct Hire)

Job Type: Full Time / Direct Hire

Location: Churchville, NY

Shift: Days

Pay: $17-22/hr

The Job Duties:

• Lead production employees for the shift across assigned areas of the operation to operate lines in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• Operate lines at a speed which maximizes throughput and total recovery but assures quality.
• Assist in and lead training and ensure written verification of training received for all seasonal employees
• Complete auditing of all quality processes to ensure technicians are maintaining all process parameters.
• Complete and ensure completion of various documentation, reports, and records throughout the shift
• Communication with Quality Systems Group to advise of process deviations and potential problems.
• Daily review and audit of critical records

Background Profile:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Two years of similar experience
• Must be able to operate a forklift when necessary
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
• Must have good communication skills, teambuilding skills, and be able to interface well with others, including establishing accountability
• Mechanical abilities general knowledge of production equipment, parts, and facility/building needs
