Job Title: Diesel Mechanic

Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire

Reports To: Operations Manager

Location: Erie, PA

Shift: M-F, 7:30am - 4pm

Pay: $25-35/hour, depending heavily on prior experience/skillset

Essential job duties for this Diesel Mechanic will include:

• Preventative maintenance on various equipment
• Maintenance/repair of brakes, engines, Reefer units and tractor trailers
• Tire and oil changes

We will begin reaching out immediately to skilled Diesel Mechanic with the following background profile:

Required:

• Accredited diesel tech school diploma or at least 5 years of work experience in a shop
• CAT and/or Detroit engine knowledge
• Tractor trailer experience
• Has their own tools

Preferred:

• CDL
• Inspection license
• Reefer unit repair experience
• Welding
