Remedy is partnering with one of our manufacturing clients to fill their maintenance technician position! This a full-time, direct-hire position! Monday - Friday 3 PM to 11 PM OR Monday - Friday 11 PM to 7 AM shifts are available. Great opportunity to grow your career!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

This role is responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and improving existing production equipment.

• Safely perform preventative maintenance and repair production equipment such as pumps, motors and conveyors
• Track, record, and update tasks in electronic maintenance management system
• Process work orders, signing out parts using scan gun, ordering parts through purchase order system

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree or certification in mechanical or electrical preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a mechanical/electrical maintenance position
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
• Ability to recognize reoccurring problems and work to eliminate them
• A safety first mindset
