The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, training, and presenting solutions. Essential tasks for this Quality Assurance Specialist include:

• Performing routine inspections and quality tests using standards set, STMs and SOPs to perform tasks and control documentation.
• Performs as Lead auditor for internal QMS and EHS audits.
• Documenting quality assurance activities and creating reports.
• Supports company complaint program including performing analysis of product returns, leading investigations, management of metrics and database administration.

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with the following background profile/skills:

• At least 2 years in a similar role
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office Programs
