Remedy is teaming up with our manufacturing partner to fill their Field Service Technician opening.

Responsibilities

• Externally, provide remote and on-site: installation, calibration, troubleshooting & diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of CAD/CAM equipment and software for customers
• Internally, provide technical advice and support to Sales, Customer Service, and Education Departments
• Oversee and maintain parts inventory in order to meet service and repair schedule/demand
• Maintain expert level proficiency in CAD, CAM, design and milling
• Maintain quality logs and records as required by the Quality Management System

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Mechanical maintenance skills/experience
• Must have computer skills – CAD/CAM experience preferred
• Professional customer service skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR record
  • Must be able to rent a car
