Remedy is partnering with one of our manufacturing clients to fill their Buyer position! This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity working within a team environment. This is a newly created role due to growth!

Previous purchasing experience within a manufacturing environment is required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Negotiating prices and purchasing materials and equipment
• Research, recommend and onboard new suppliers
• Communicate between suppliers and internal teams
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve the purchasing process
• Ensure suppliers are following through and meeting company goals

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 3 years' of purchasing experience within a manufacturing company
• Experience using ERP and MRP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
