    Job Title: Customer Experience Sales Representative

    Shift: 8:00AM-5:00PM

    Basic Summary of Position

    Provide customers with an outstanding experience by professionally responding to their requirements effectively and in a timely manner. Follow company SOP’s and work instructions to ensure an acceptable accuracy level. Interface with other departments / engineers / outside salespeople / Area Functional Managers etc. to service all aspects, including, but not limited to: market analysis, technical assistance, pricing, lead times, job plans / set-ups, status updates, manufacturing capabilities, critical to quality features, shipping etc.

     

    Essential Functions:

    1. Process Requests for Quotations from Customers
    2. Process PO’s from Customers
    3. Process jobs for manufacturing
    4. Provide Customers with status updates on jobs
    5. Communicate (verbally & via e-mails) with customers
    6. Analyze machining / material costs to determine profitability
    7. Work and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
    8. Ability to comply with standards of operations.
    9. Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company.
    10. Ability to efficiently utilize Vantage to perform daily tasks
    11. Ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Office to perform daily tasks
    12. Ability to gain understanding of the markets / applications serviced by Client
    13. Ability to multi-task in order to effectively service demanding customers in a fast-paced environment

    REQUIREMENTS

    Education: Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree

    preferred

     

    Experience:

    1. 2 + years in customer service related position
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in ERP a plus
    3. Manufacturing environment experience
