Pay: $15.00 - $16.00/hour

Hours: 40 hour work week, hours/days off will vary based on weekly schedule, MUST have flexibility to accommodate shifts within these retails business hours:

Monday through Saturday, 8am - 8:30pm

Sunday, 10am - 6:30pm

Here is what you'll be responsible for in this Assistant Store Manager role:

• Assist the Retail Store Manager at a retail location, to ensure efficient daily operations in all areas of the store to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals.
• Assist in overseeing the schedules, performance and training of staff.
• Oversees retail operations, especially customer service, to ensure excellence.
• Works to meet retail performance standards including operating loss control and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversees and assists with the preparation of all branch reports for approval by manager.
• Oversees retail operations when manager is absent.

Here is the background profile for the Assistant Store Manager we're seeking:

• HS Diploma/GED required, college degree strongly preferred
• At least one year of retail experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent personal and professional leadership skills.
