Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently hiring for MULTIPLE DIRECT HIRE Openings for a local manufacturer of custom commercial/ residential counter tops. These positions will involve fabrication of counter tops. Company will provide training, but a solid work history is required, and prior construction/ remodeling experience a plus!

Title: Stone Countertop Fabricator

Hours: A-shift, OT Available

Type: Direct Hire with Benefits Package

Requirements:

• 1-3 years prior manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma/ GED or Equivalent Education
• Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and use measurement devices
• Ability to read all instruments on the job
• Proven problem solving and communication skills
• Blueprint Reading a plus
• Willingness to travel

Essential Functions:

• Starts assembly and production at beginning of shift
• Monitors production to ensure that products are being assembled properly
• Makes sure that workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials
• Address problems with production and fixes them as needed
• Cleans equipment
• Use power tools
• Observes and removes faulty product parts from assembly line
• Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards
• Packs up completed products and prepares them for Inventory
• Adheres to all safety guidelines and handling of materials in the factory
• Ensures that all production deadlines are met. Per build schedule
• The ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position, as specified on the physical demands
