Job Title: Injection Molding Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire

Shift: 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am Sunday-Thursday

Pay: $22-27/hour

Essential tasks for this Injection Molding Maintenance technicianinclude:

• Installs die on machine using clamps, bolts, and hand tools.
• Sets machine controls to ensure process control during manufacturing cycle according to procedures.
• Starts up sample mold runs and examine samples to ensure all requirements are in place.
• Verifies critical dimensions and submits the product to Quality Assurance for approval.
• Sets up and repairs machinery and equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, and operation manuals and manufacturers specifications.
• Performs preventative maintenance as scheduled.
  

We're looking for an Injection Molding Maintenance technician with the following background profile/skills:

• Understanding of molding, hydraulics, and basic electrical.
• Ability to use hand tools
• At least 2 years in a similar role
• Ability to stand for entire shift
