Shift: 7am to 1pm Mon-Fri (some weekends as well)

Summary: Supports the manufacturing and maintenance function needs by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Assists production members with tooling and equipment repairs. 
2. Organizes and maintains inventory of hardware, electrical, and safety supplies. 
3. Completes requisitions for items needed to maintain parts and supply inventory. 
4. Works with vendors to maintain and access necessary tools, parts, and equipment. 
5. Keeps work area, machines, and tools clean, organized, and prepared for continuous use. 
6. Performs emergency repairs on all Rochester Abrasives, Inc. production equipment completely, quickly, and efficiently meeting all electrical, fire, and safety codes. 
7. Tracks repair and maintenance jobs using written work order procedures. 
8. Creates maintenance schedule for all production equipment. 
9. Performs routine maintenance on all production and facilities equipment. 
10. Gives support in the maintenance of building, grounds and plant, maintenance of compressors and compressor room, electrical water and gas services, central and HVAC systems.
