    Job Title: Engineering Manager

    Job Type: Full-time/Salaried/Direct Hire

    Location: Boston, Massachusetts 

    Salary: $150,000-170,000k/year

    Essential functions for this Engineering Manager will include:

    • Propose, develop and monitor the Annual US Engineering Targets, Management Plan and KPIs aligned with company Engineering Targets.
    • Conduct dialog with the client in coordination with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager, regarding the prequalification, tenders and project implementation.
    • Directs and supervises the activities of the Technical Office staff
    • Plan and distribute working loads between US engineers, allocating tasks across the team and subcontractors and prioritize activities across projects, tenders and product activities.
    • Be responsible for defining and implementing the required actions to implement the Management Plan and achieve the Annual Targets by the US Engineering Team.

    We're looking for skilled Engineering Managers with the following background profile:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Master’s degree is highly desired
    • 5-10+ years of proven experience in design engineering, preferably in the transportation industry
    • Proven experience of technical leadership and managerial role of an engineering team.
    • Advance user of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, etc.)
    • Knowledge of DOORs, CATIA, 3DExperience, TRELLO, Program Planner would be desirable.
