This Director of Manufacturing will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the manufacturing group and multiple projects concurrently, and execute according to established timelines, budget and quality level.     Salary: Up to $160k depending upon prior expertise

    Job Summary:

    The Director of Manufacturing plays a critical role in building and managing teams, providing executive level leadership/reporting, all while monitoring projects throughout their lifecycle. He/She will be responsible for strategic process analysis to improve
    operations while establishing advanced manufacturing capabilities.

    Essential functions for this Director of Manufacturing will include:

    • Manage projects from initiation to closure, managing resources to achieve goals and meet deadlines and delivery, cost and quality levels
    • Oversee and direct the manufacturing managers, direct and indirect manufacturing
      workforce and interact with other supporting functions and groups
    • Work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure adherence to safety regulations,
      scope of work, goals, deliverables, KPIs, budget, timing and quality level
    • Track and report project milestones and provide status to corporate executive team
    • Manage complex problems, analyze risk and forecast and implement project changes as needed to achieve project deliverables

    We're aggressively seeking strong, Director-level Manufacturing leaders who possess the following background profile:

    • Masters Degree in Engineering, Science, Technology
    • 10- 15 years of manufacturing supervisory experience and continuous improvement
      initiatives
    • Project management experience
    • Proven Experience in managing (Senior) Stake Holders
    • Expert on Microsoft Office Suite with particularly strong knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 
    • Understanding oral and written Spanish is HIGHLY desirable!
