Summary:

• Build, test and inspect optics/laser products
• Help coordinate responsiblities between production, assembly, and inspection
• Review and offer constructive opinions on products designes (manufacturability)
• Document manufacturing processes (ISO)
• Maintain control of NCP, RMAs
• Maintain calibration of fixtrues and tools
• Assist in design and fabrication of fixtures to aid production

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree and 4 years work experience OR equivalent years of experience if you do not have a degree
• Leadership and interpersonal skills are critical for this role
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to implement plans
