    Remedy is delighted to partner with a great client of ours in the Orchard Park area as they search for a knowledgeable Human Resources (HR) Manager to join their excellent team. Their Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development and administration of human resources policies, programs and practices for their organization. Here are some important details:

    Pay: $70,000 - $80,000

    Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm

    Essential Duties for this HR Manager include:

    • Develop and administer human resources policies and procedures
    • Recruit, interview, hire and orient new employees
    • Processes bi-weekly payroll
    • Processes new employees, and supports benefits enrollment and works with benefit vendors to address any issues
    • Administers 401K plan and loans
    • Oversees employee relations by advising supervisors and managers on policies and procedures, providing disciplinary options and advice.
    • Maintains and updates personnel files, and all other HR related files.
    • Develops, administers, and monitors training and development of employees.
    • Responsible for overall administration of safety and workers compensation programs.
    • Designated EEO officer for company. and is responsible for filing federal and state required reports. 

    Background profile we're looking for in this HR Manager is as follows:

    • 5+ years managerial experience in Human Resources leadership position
    • BS degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
    • MBA degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
    • International HR experience is preferred
    • PHR Certification preferred
    • Knowledge of Paylocity or other payroll system preferred
    • Experience with HRIS software preferred
    • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
