Remedy is partnering with one of our manufacturing clients to fill their Customer Service / Inside Sales Manager! This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a great benefits package.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Leading a team of customer service and inside sales representatives. Training, coaching and inspiring your team every day!
- Build relationships with customers and ensure they are updated throughout the sales and manufacturing processes
- Staying in frequent contact with customers to obtain their feedback, determine requirements and appropriate solutions
- Using knowledge of the customers to identify new sales opportunities
- Create, track and improve on KPIs such as order entry, on-time delivery, etc for your team to ensure internal and customer success
- Serve as the department point of contact and ensure strong communication with other areas of the business such as engineering and operations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
- Associate's Degree in business or technical field required. Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Experience leading and managing a team
- At least 5 years of customer service / inside sales experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency using ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Experience compiling and analyzing data
