Remedy is partnering with our logistics client to fill their Business Development position. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with great benefits! The right candidate will be a collaborative self-starter with a passion for outbound sales. Base pay is $40,000-$60,000 DOE plus commission.
General Duties
- Network via the internet, cold calls, in-person meetings, and presentations to secure new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with operations team to develop client solutions and negotiate the details of the arrangement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer commitments are operationally met
- Be knowledgeable on industry trends and best practices
- Utilize CMS to maintain sales pipeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing preferred
- 3-5 years in 3PL sales (preferably in TL brokerage)
