JOB DESCRIPTION Innovative recovery program seeks support staff. Responsibilities include assisting social workers and therapists with inpatients. Duties include driving, supervision of inpatients, attending workshops and support groups with patients. We are a non-traditional, progressive rehab, offering a Harm Reduction approach to addiction. We offer a friendly environment with the possibility of growth. Computer skill required. Great for students of social work or psychology. Clinical supervision toward licensure for MFT trainees and MSW is available. Full time and part time positions available. Full time includes benefits. Salary depending on experience and education. SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Experience in substance recovery setting preferred. Education in related field may be substituted for experience. College degree or degree in process preferred. High school diploma required. Clean driving record is a must. Must be able to pass a background check and be willing to be tested for use of hard drugs.
