We are seeking a motivated Administrative Specialist to join our team. The position is ideally suited for the candidate who possesses the skill set outlined below. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

    Responsibilities

    Provide call reception and distribution

    Administrative and clerical functions

    Data entry

    Correspondence/mail processing

    Document scanning and filing

    Qualifications

    High school diploma/GED requiredPrevious experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position

    Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines

    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

    Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects

    Excellent telephone personality

    Technical proficiency with computer related functions
