Job Summary We are hiring a Remix Market Manager to drive sales growth for our second-had solution - Remix Market Denver. We are looking for an eager self-starter with a passion for finding a new home for lightly-used furniture and household goods. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial and growth-driven mindset. Responsibilities
Assist ownership in evolving our resale strategy - including but not limited to product-mix, pricing, store design, retail/online mix and strategic partnerships
Work closely with Junkluggers team to cultivate and transform junk into treasures
Build & manage a small team
Comfortably engage with a wide variety of people every day
Forge relationships with local businesses & charitable partners
Manage social media campaigns to engage customers and increase traffic
Prepare & present sales results; propose growth & efficiency plans
Brainstorm new sales and partnership ideas
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in thrift or online sales
Knowledge of second hand market and products
Familiar with inventory management and controls
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented; able to set aggressive goals and achieve them
Excellent organization, time-management & attention-to-detail
Proficiency with social media; Microsoft Word and Excel
