Service Administrator for Hydraulic Cylinder Department
Job Description
We are seeking a Service Administrator for our Hydraulic Cylinder Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for starting customer work orders and tagging cylinders as they are received, collecting work orders to process, assisting customers, ordering parts/materials and inventory, and assisting and training co-workers. We are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities :
• Starting customer work orders and tagging cylinders as they are received:
o Determine from history how much time should be allocated for tear down
o Assign technician to jobs
o Assign priority to technician and document promise dates
o Start digital inspection
o Tag cylinders
• Collecting work orders to process:
o Create estimates by utilization of history and estimating tools
o Finalize paperwork and calculate PPH
o Email/mail invoices to customers
o Scan and file finalized RO’s
• Assisting customers:
o Answering & returning phones calls
o Sending requested invoices and estimates
o Facilitating communications between the customer and staff
• Ordering parts/materials and inventory:
o Determine what needs to be ordered and order items needed
Qualifications :
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education a plus
Must be available to work each Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:30pm. Opportunities for overtime on Saturdays from 7:30am-1pm. Daily hours can vary a little depending on workload. Paid Holidays, overtime pay, Uniforms, 401k, and Health Insurance.
