We are a faith-based organization with a heart to serve all organizations, from small to large to enterprise. Our core customer pipeline consists of churches, K-12 private schools, Christian higher education, and faith-based nonprofits. But with critical mass in the market, we have now seen an incredible increase in demand among the private sector and small businesses.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who is passionate about engaging with prospects and communicating our innovative solution. This individual will be responsible for both inbound and outbound leads in their specified territory. We are looking for a driven, consultative-style professional with strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Qualify and coordinate inbound leads to their territory sales team members
• Develop outbound leads and build pipeline within your geographic designation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills are required, both verbal and written
• 2+ years experience in business development preferred
• Professional experience in health insurance or health tech preferred
• Passion for making complex ideas simple and helpful
