    Job Summary

    We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Kitchen & Bath Remodeler to join our team! We are renovating apartment homes and need dependable professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, efficiency, and teamwork.

    Our goal is to complete a full apartment unit renovation in five days, then move unit-to-unit until an entire community is complete. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work at a high level while maintaining excellent craftsmanship.

    Responsibilities

    Finish carpentry

    Installing doors, casing, and base trim

    Tub and toilet installation

    Cabinet and shelving installation

    Installing switches and outlets

    Drywall repair and patching

    General remodeling and punch-out work

    Maintaining a clean and safe worksite

    Coordinate daily workflow

    Maintain production schedules

    Ensure quality standards are met

    Prepare units for new residents, ensuring high-quality, timely turnovers

    Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment

    Inspect properties regularly to identify issues and ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently

    Provide courteous, professional communication with residents and staff

    Maintain accurate service records using maintenance management software

    Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold property appearance standards

    Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

    Qualifications

    Construction or remodeling experience

    Finish carpentry experience

    Ability to work full-time and maintain attendance

    High school diploma/GED or equivalent

    Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and general maintenance

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of safely transporting tools, ladders, and supplies

    Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail

    Proficient with Word and Excel a plus
