Our projects range from kitchens and baths, to additions and whole house renovations. Responsibilities: • Perform carpentry tasks related to remodeling projects, including framing, installing doors and windows, cabinetry, trim work, and more. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution. • Measure, cut, and assemble materials to the required specifications. • Work collaboratively with other team members, subcontractors, and clients. • Ensure work is completed to high standards of quality and safety. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the remodeling process. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in remodeling projects, interior trim & cabinetry. • Proficiency with carpentry tools, hand tools, and power tools. • Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
